Welcome to Adlio.org (“Adlio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Adlio is an online classifieds platform that enables users to post, browse, and respond to local advertisements for goods and services.

By accessing or using Adlio.org (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Adlio.
  • By using Adlio, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and advertisers.

2. Nature of the Platform

  • Adlio is only a listing and discovery platform.
  • Adlio does not buy, sell, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee any items or services listed.
  • Any transaction, communication, or dispute is strictly between users.
  • Adlio is not a party to any agreement, negotiation, or transaction between users.

3. User Accounts & Ad Management

  • Ads may be posted with or without registration, subject to platform rules.
  • Certain features (editing, reposting, moderation access) may rely on PIN-based or device-based verification.

You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of information in your ads
  • Safeguarding any PINs or access links
  • All activity under your ad or account

Adlio reserves the right to limit, suspend, or remove access if misuse is detected.

4. User Content & Listings

When posting content on Adlio, you agree that:

  • You own or have the right to post the content
  • The content is true, lawful, and not misleading
  • The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights

You grant Adlio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

5. Prohibited Content & Activities

You must NOT post or engage in:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Stolen property
  • Counterfeit or pirated items
  • Weapons, explosives, drugs, or controlled substances
  • Adult services, escorting, or explicit content
  • Hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or misleading listings
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
  • Circumventing moderation or security mechanisms

Adlio may remove such content without notice.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Posting on Adlio is currently free, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Adlio does not handle payments, escrow, or refunds.
  • Any premium features introduced in the future will have separate terms.

7. No Warranty & Disclaimer

  • Adlio is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of listings
  • User identity or intent
  • Quality, safety, or legality of items/services
  • Availability or uninterrupted access

Use Adlio at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Adlio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This includes losses arising from fraud, disputes, failed transactions, or data loss
  • Adlio’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹1,000 or the amount paid to Adlio (if applicable)

9. User Disputes

  • Adlio does not mediate or resolve disputes between users.
  • You agree to resolve disputes directly with the other party.
  • You release Adlio from any claims arising from such disputes.

10. Moderation & Enforcement

Adlio reserves the right to:

  • Review, monitor, or remove any content
  • Suspend or terminate access
  • Restrict posting frequency or visibility
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required

Moderation decisions are final and non-appealable.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All platform design, logos, text, and code belong to Adlio or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
  • “Adlio” and related branding are protected trademarks (registered or unregistered).

12. Privacy

Use of Adlio is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

13. Third-Party Links

  • Adlio may contain links to third-party websites.
  • We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Changes to Terms

  • Adlio may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • The latest version will always be available on Adlio.org.

15. Termination

  • You may stop using Adlio at any time.
  • Adlio may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations or misuse.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
